I have been in more than 30 countries and this tiny Persian restaurant was one one of the top three, if not number one.
Real Persian food, great size and taste and management and staff who loved what they do.
Highly recommended for Iranians and non-Iranians who love authentic food.
Real taste of Persia.
Kaveh Eghtesadi
The food was creative, with many dishes served with Tahdig, which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the Lubia Polo—it was flavorful and well-prepared. However, I was disappointed with the kebab. Even though I asked for it to be well-done, it came out undercooked and tasteless.
That said, it’s clear the team cares about what they’re doing, and that effort shows. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience more enjoyable overall. Because of that, I’m still happy to support them and give a positive review.

Absolutely Divine Persian Dining Experience!
My friends and I (a group of four) visited Tida Persian Food last night, and what an unforgettable experience it was! Despite the place being fully booked, Parya, the lovely manager, went above and beyond to fit us in—and we’re so glad she did.
We ordered the Fesenjoon, Barramundi with herb rice, Mirza Ghasemi, and Kebab—each dish was packed with authentic flavor and heart. The Barramundi was absolutely heavenly; I genuinely couldn’t get enough of it! Every meal was served with their signature crunchy bread, which is ridiculously good—like a perfect, addictive side you never knew you needed.
To our surprise, we were also served complimentary yogurt and Shirazi salad, a generous and thoughtful touch that really shows the hospitality and warmth of the owners.
For dessert, we had Baklava, Saffron Panna Cotta, and Saffron Rose Water Tea—a beautiful, fragrant way to end the meal.
The entire experience felt like being invited into a dear friend’s home—warm, cozy, full of love and comfort. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommended!
Massy Feiz
This is by far the best Persian food I’ve had in Sydney—so glad I discovered this little gem! Seating is very limited, so bookings are a must, especially on weekends. We ordered the mixed platter for four, which was filled with tender meat and chicken. The tahdig rice was delicious, and my ultimate favorite was the eggplant dip. The food even got the stamp of approval from the Persian in our group! The atmosphere was cozy and homey. I’ll definitely be coming back!
